Virtual Tour

Welcome, here you may visit some of our past homes virtually.

During the 2020 pandemic the tour temporarily moved to a virtual platform. Please enjoy the photos and we look forward to you joining us in person this year.

HOUSE 1

Jennifer at Decorating Delirium’s home is traditional with a twist and she likes something whimsical in every room. Be sure to check out the family’s Zebra in the dining room! Blue and white with hints of Chinoiserie can be found throughout. The dining table is set for Christmas dinner and the breakfast table for Christmas Day brunch, so come on in.

HOUSE 2

This beautiful Craftsman styled home exudes all the charm of East Sacramento. Stickley furnishings, Ralph Lauren fabrics and classic details provide the ideal backdrop for this plaid and preppy Christmas aesthetic. Vintage dishes and ginger jars filled with flowers only complement the dining room and sideboard bar, while evergreen garland and a roaring fire sets the tone in the living room. The family room Christmas tree and new marble kitchen countertops flanked by a kids’ nook table set for decorating cookies and gumdrop tree say, “Santa, stop here!”. Outdoors, tour-goers will appreciate a rambling English garden, complete with a vintage lantern illuminated seating area and table dressed for dining al-fresco during the holiday season. This home was elegantly decorated by Kerrie Kelly Design Lab.

HOUSE 3

Designer Aimee Hernandez shares a sneak peek into her home and shares her personal Christmas style. A huge pot of succulents, courtesy of Green Acres, welcomes everyone when they enter the courtyard. The courtyard had a recent makeover with a custom bench built by the designer to better enjoy late nights around the firepit. Pink is obviously the designer’s favorite color and is seen throughout the decorations in the living and dining rooms, creating a serene, welcoming home that is always ready for entertaining. The faux taxidermy in the kitchen lives there year-round, but gets all dressed up for the holidays.

HOUSE 4

Recently remodeled and fully furnished in 2019, this year's Home Tour centered around the family's love of a Winter Woodland. With a crisp black and white backdrop, we wanted it to feel warm and cozy while being sophisticated. We mixed metallics and family heirlooms into their ten foot tall Christmas tree and layered in organic and woodsy elements to keep the aesthetic feeling wintery and white. We added pomegranates from their tree outside for a deep red accent that paired perfectly with the dining room artwork, and layered in antlers on beds of cedar branches. The playroom is filled with a fun farmhouse loft bed and the girls' own Christmas tree and stockings. The kitchen is simple and sophisticated with cedar wreaths and deep red accents of ribbon, pomegranates, and floral, while also encouraging the family to snuggle in for a fun evening with cookies and a hot chocolate bar! This home was beautifully decorated by House of Brazier.
